I’ve never had a blog before. I never thought I would do something interesting enough to warrant having a blog. Here I am, 51 days from embarking on the journey of a lifetime. I have given up my summer camp job in order to volunteer to teach in Northern Uganda this summer through Invisible Children’s Teacher Exchange program. This would not be possible without the support and generosity of my amazing friends, awesome family and the fantastic Towsontowne Rotary. Thank you.
I have started this blog in order to chronicle what I expect to be life-changing experiences. I have no idea what is ahead of me, but I am confident that it will change me in some profound way. I have started this blog early because I do not know how to blog and need practice.
